Client Overview

  • Client is having a business in insurance sector; Employee staff is spread across geographical locations.
  • The company’s focus is to make all the processes atomized without manual intervention

Business Requirement

  • Client is having 15000+ manpower and attrition turn over  is more then 250+ per month. Hence it is difficult to handle all new joining employees confirmation process completion by HR department.
  • Requirement is to automate the confirmation process, so within defined time period it should be completed without escalations.

Solution

  • A custom solution is designed and implemented.
  • Auto generation of confirmation forms will be initiated before 15 days of confirmation date, and will be available to their respective managers for the review phase in portal.
  • Now, manager will provide rating within the time period of 15 days, and based on rating employee’s confirmation action will be performed automatically to employee master via specially developed scheduler program. There are options to confirm the employee, to extend the confirmation period also available.
  • There is also an option, if manager does not act up on those document for rating, on 15th day an employee will be auto confirmed with Average rating.

Solution Highlights

  • Customized programs are developed for tracing employee’s confirmation dates along with generation of confirmation documents, upon managers review other program will check the rating value and will update employee master with confirmation rating.
